Hoi en Dream is a registered international educational exchange organization based in the Netherlands. Our focus is on the operation of international education research and visiting programs, working with a variety of Chinese and European universities, research institutes, and secondary schools. We aim to provide students with excellent academic performance the opportunity to participate in short-term exchange programs, thereby expanding their understanding of different regions.
We are dedicated to promoting intercultural learning and communication in the field of education. Through our programs, we bridge the gap between high-level institutions, institutions, and secondary schools, promoting multi-level and multi-form international exchanges and cooperation. Our goal is to share international educational resources and cultivate students with a global perspective, an understanding of international rules, and the capability to participate in international affairs and competition. Lu Li
Director
Intercultural Project Manager
Lu Li received her master's degree in urban planning from Delft University of Technology in 2012 and has since remained in the Netherlands. She previously obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in landscape from Zhejiang University.
With China's growing presence, interest in this eastern nation continues to surge among European companies, schools, and institutions. However, cooperation and exchanges between Dutch and Chinese entities often face challenges due to differences in language and cultural backgrounds. In today's globalized world, intercultural communication is a crucial skill for international talent.
Since 2012, Lu has been actively engaged in cross-cultural communication and has played a pivotal role in promoting successful intercultural exchange projects in the Netherlands. Some of her notable achievements include the first summer school from the Faculty of Architecture and Built Environment at Delft University of Technology held in China, fostering friendly relations between Dutch and Chinese secondary schools, and facilitating cooperation between Dutch companies and their Chinese counterparts. With Lu's expertise, she has helped bridge the gap between Dutch schools, companies, and their Chinese partners, leading to successful and mutually beneficial cooperation.Lu Li holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Delft University of Technology, which she earned in 2012. Before pursuing her advanced degree, she completed two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Landscape Architecture from Zhejiang University in China.
X. Zheng
Ms. Zheng boasts over three decades of experience in secondary education and management in China, having gained a wealth of knowledge in the field of Chinese education. Following her retirement from a well-respected school, she joined Hoi en Dream's Xi'an office as a coordinator of educational exchange and cooperation projects. With her extensive background, Ms. Zheng is well-equipped to facilitate successful educational initiatives between Chinese institutions and their international counterparts.
Joshua Gao
With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from TU/e, Joshua Gao brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Intercultural Operation Manager at Hoi en Dream. His expertise in intercultural operations, particularly in the areas of business, production, and design between China and the Netherlands, make him a valuable asset to the organization. Joshua's ability to navigate and bridge cultural differences ensures the smooth and successful execution of international exchange programs.
